Welcome to Poseidon Consulting

Over the past 20 years I have been working for ship managers and ship owners in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. My roles covered strategic and executive aspects of ship owning and ship management with particular focus on manning of dry and wet cargo vessels.

During my journey as an influential leader of Marine HR divisions my main objectives have always been improving crew engagement, safety and financial health of organizations. 

In an agile and ever changing environment, I assure that organizations are fit for growth from a fleet personnel perspective and have a sufficient number of well trained and experienced seafarers. I ensure that organizations have engaged seafarers, and that their processes are lean and efficient.
